Returns Policy

2.1 Contracts for the sale of goods which have been Personalized with customer's own photographs cannot be cancelled.  Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered.  Your statutory rights are not affected.

2.2 The quality of the photographic reproduction on items purchased may depend on the quality of the photograph supplied for use by the customer.  See 'frequently asked questions' page for details on minimum digital photo requirements.  Subsequently, we cannot guarantee that your item will be of the same quality as any sample that you may have viewed.  We will do our best to advise you in advance of accepting any order if the quality of the photo is not adequate for best image transferal.  If the customer still wishes to continue with the order, we will not then accept the goods for return as failing to correspond with any sample.

2.3 For goods which have not been Personalized, you can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery.  To do this, please e-mail or write to us.  It will not be sufficient for you to phone us.  If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense.  The goods must be unused and in original condition and packaging, for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges) or exchange (re-shipping charges apply).  If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection.  If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.  Your statutory rights are not affected.

2.4 For all goods, if in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, refunds or exchanges can only be offered provided that either the goods have been damaged in transit or are faulty in any way.  If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us.  We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.  Should it be necessary for the goods to be returned, we would be grateful if they could be adequately packaged for a full refund of payment (including original and return postage.)

2.5 NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable (e.g Royal Mail Special Delivery.)  We cannot be held responsible for non- receipt of returns that cannot be tracked.

2.6 Refunds will only be made to the original payment card.  All refunds will be made within 30 days of the order being placed.

2.7 The consumer has a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period in order for a refund to be given.
